Scope of Our Service

At Wild Watch Peru, we provide detailed information about all our eco-tourism and adventure tours. Tour availability is confirmed after booking. As soon as you book, you’ll get an email with your details and a secure payment link. Within 24 hours, a Wild Watch Peru advisor will confirm your reservation’s availability by email. Please ensure your contact details are correct. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, contact us via WhatsApp at +51 964 422 262.

Program & Service Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and Peruvian Soles (PEN). Prices do not include 18% IGV tax (applied to Peruvians and foreign residents in Peru; tourists are exempt).
Published rates do not apply during holidays or peak travel periods unless specified.
Discounts may apply for groups of 8+. Contact: info@wildwatchperu.com
All transportation rates may change according to availability at the time of booking. Final rates are sent by email.
All bookings show a reservation code for every service.

Booking, Deposits & Confirmation

Reservations are only confirmed after receiving your online booking form and a deposit of $100 USD per person (or equivalent in Soles).
It’s your responsibility to provide accurate travel information, including your arrival/departure details.
Pick-ups from non-standard locations may incur extra charges. Please coordinate this in advance.
Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable according to the transport company’s policies.
Tours are affected by weather and local conditions; if a tour is canceled because of these, each service’s policy applies. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
After your booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to review and raise any concerns. No response means you accept the terms.

Payment Deadlines

Full payment is required at least 2 days before your tour starts.
Missing payment deadlines may result in cancellation with no refund.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Manu Reserved Zone (5-8 Day Tours)

Cancellations 30 days or less before departure: No deposit refund ($100 USD). Deposits may be transferred to a different date/season with at least 10 days’ notice.

Manu Cultural Zone (2-4 Day Tours)

Cancellations 5 days or less before departure: No deposit refund. Deposits may be transferred to a different date/season with at least 10 days’ notice.
No-shows: 100% penalty.
Administrative fee for cancellations between 30–10 days (depending on the tour): $25 USD per person.
Rescheduling is allowed 30 days or less before the tour, subject to availability and absence of outstanding payments.
Refunds (minus transaction fees) are processed in 30-120 business days if cancellation is >30 days (Reserved Zone) or >10 days (Cultural Zone), or if we are unable to provide the service.
If a third-party provider’s cancellation policies are stricter, their penalties apply.
If you leave a tour early, no refund is granted.
All refunds are only made via PayPal.

Documentation Requirements

Please bring a valid passport or travel document.
Foreigners seeking IGV tax exemption must provide a copy of their Peruvian entry stamp.
Families with children: each child must have an ID/passport, and minors traveling with only one parent or guardian need a notarized permit.
Without correct documentation, your tour will be canceled with a 100% penalty.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

Wild Watch Peru may modify tour programs or substitute similar services when necessary (due to weather, strikes, etc.).
We reserve the right to cancel tours in advance. In such cases, you’ll get a 100% refund.
Wild Watch Peru is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, delays, losses, or actions of third-party providers or causes beyond our control.
We are direct tour operators in Manu National Park, Espiritu Pampa, Vilcabamba, Huacarpay Lake, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. For transport, we act as your agent and are not liable for third-party actions.
We reserve the right to substitute lodges, adjust itineraries, and fill free seats in company vehicles with staff to optimize tours.
Tour prices are based on rates and currency exchange as of January 2026 and are subject to change.
We may refuse service or retain any traveler if deemed necessary for safety or group harmony.

Tour Types: Private vs. Fixed Group Departures

Private Tours: Customized for your group exclusively (including support staff).
Group/Fixed Departures: Small groups (max 9 people), confirmed with a minimum of 2 travelers. Note: Booking a group tour with 2 participants does not make it private. Shared/Group rules apply.

Important Payment Considerations

Your bank’s exchange rates apply if you pay with a foreign currency. Wild Watch Peru is not responsible for exchange differences.
For card payments, we may request a photo of your card (first/last four digits only) and a copy of your ID/passport to prevent fraud.
If the cardholder isn’t traveling, please send a signed letter authorizing the charge.
